LinkShield AI ("we", "our", or "us") provides an automated broken link redirection and SEO preservation utility for merchants operating on the Shopify platform. This Privacy Policy describes how merchant and store data is handled.

2. Information We Access

LinkShield AI operates exclusively on product and collection metadata to generate 301 URL redirects. We access:

Shopify store domain and identification (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com)
Encrypted offline OAuth tokens for GraphQL API communication
Product handles, collection slugs, and URL paths required to compute redirect targets

3. Customer Personal Data (Zero Collection)

We do not collect, store, or process consumer personal data (PII). We do not access shopper names, credit card numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses. All billing is processed directly by Shopify through native merchant invoices.

4. Data Retention and GDPR Compliance

We comply fully with mandatory Shopify GDPR and CCPA webhooks. If you uninstall LinkShield AI, our systems immediately mark your store status as cancelled and delete cached access tokens.
